What is mental health?

It is important to me to define and distinguish between mental health and mental illness.
First and foremost, we all have mental health; therefore, we all need to take care of it!

Mental illness is a disruption in our normal ways of functioning due to a formal diagnosis, trauma, etc.

If you are ready to take yet another step in your mental health journey, book a free consultation here!"
